Former President Pleaded with the Lahore High Court

A few days before the special court issued its verdict of treason against him, the former president pleaded with the Lahore High Court on Saturday to rule against General Perfes Musharraf. Musharraf's lawyer, Khwaja Ahmed Tariq Rahim, approached the High Court on his behalf and claimed that the reservation of the November 19 verdict was no constitution and invalid.

    Mustafa Impez of the Pakistani

From that day the disciplinary order ceased and the defense absentee trial for the absentee continued until the time he appeared in court. Citing "landmark verdict" in Karachi vs. Mustafa Impez of the Pakistani government, the petition called for the decision to be made in this case and for the resumption of trial in Musharraf's case.

The petition also stated that the Federation of Pakistan and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FIA) "should conduct an appropriate and unbiased investigation, including the names of all suspects and bailouts for a proper audit of facts and evidence of the law.

The law also pleaded with the petitioner to be granted "constitutional rights to an impartial trial and audience in an immediate trial. In addition, the 1976 Criminal Code Amendments (Special Courts) Act section claimed that charges accused of grounds of illness were “rejected and unconstitutional”.

    In this regard

The petitioner was asked to postpone the trial until the state of health of the petitioner "returned safely to the state to be triedMusharraf's petition requested that the Independent Medical Committee be configured to “evaluate the petitioner” to assess his current health condition. The court revised the hearing hearing on November 25. Judge Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi will preside over the trial.

Musharraf declared an emergency on November 3, 2007, which lasted until mid-December, leaving the constitution suspended. The high rebellion trial of the former military dictator has been pending since December 2013 when he booked the case. He was prosecuted on March 31, 2014, and the prosecution submitted all the evidence to a special court in September of the same year.

However, due to a lawsuit in the Appeals Forum, the trial of the former president continued, leaving Pakistan in March 2016 to "get medical treatment. The retired general, despite repeated summons, failed to appear in court and proclaimed the dismissal upon ordering the court to arrest him in the FIA.

    All Pakistan Muslim League

All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) Afghani Sidiki Overseas Governor said in October 2018 that Musharraf is suffering from amyloidosis, a rare disease that "weakens the nervous system. Three judge special courts, led by Peshawar High Court Judge Waqar Ahmed Seth, said a verdict based on the records available on November 28 will be declared on November 28. Until November 26.

    The Tokyo Olympic

The prospect that Russia will be banned at the Tokyo Olympics next year has become even closer as the WADA panel declares that the country's drug testing agency does not comply with international rules. In a statement, WADA said on Friday that its Compliance Review Committee (CRC) recommended that the Russian Anti-Doping Organization (RUSADA) be discontinued again after the World Anti-Doping Surveillance Executive Committee met in Paris on December 9th.

If the WADA staff adopts this recommendation, Russia faces serious sanctions, including the 2020 Tokyo Olympic ban. The CRC issued a recommendation after requesting Russia “inconsistency” of laboratory data that Moscow sent to WADA investigators in January. Full disclosure of data from Moscow laboratories was a key condition in Russia, where WADA was controversial in September 2018.

RUSADA was suspended for almost three years at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics with a revelation of a massive doping system supported by the state, including a systematic plot to exchange contaminated samples. The WADA warned that Russia would face "strictest sanctions" if some of the previously delivered data were found to have been tampered with.

    The WADA said

In a Friday statement that the CRC proposed "severe consequences for international standards for code compliance in signatory countries. The US anti-doping agency was very critical of WADA's decision to end reinstatement RUSADA and demanded a long ban after Friday's announcement.

Travis Tygart, chief executive officer of USADA's Travis Tygart, said, “A sanctions less than four years will be a lot of unfairness for this serious breach, including a situation worsened by years of rejection and deception.

    Prohibition

Friday's development was the latest technology in the explosive saga in 2015, an independent WADA commission investigating allegations of Russian doping found evidence of state-supported conspiracy over the years. According to a 2016 report by WADA investigator Richard McLaren, more than 1,000 Russian competitors in several sports have benefited from the scheme between 2011 and 2015.

In an interview with AFP last month, RUSADA's Yuri Ganus Russia appeared to have been banned from the Olympics, resigned to Russia, and accused of unidentified Moscow authorities handing over fake laboratory data to WADA.

    Gannus told AFP

The Russian Olympic team will not be able to fully participate in the Tokyo Olympics .... I think this will happen at the Winter Olympics in China. Gannus said on Saturday that the proposal to halt did not reflect the agency's shortcomings. “RUSADA has encountered a non-compliance issue because the compliance decision made in September 2018 was accidental and had to meet two requirements to ensure it. These are officially met but not done well, ”Ganus said.

He added, "It's a purely technical decision, not because of Lusada's quality of work. Russia was already banned at the 2018 Winter Olympics, but about 168 athletes were able to compete under the neutral "Russian Olympics" designation.

Gannus also anticipated various penalties, including restrictions on holding Russian international tournaments, the International Sports Federation and the exclusion of Russia from fines. Gannus argued that Lusada officials were not responsible for counterfeiting data. Employees argued that "there is nothing to do with databases and data transfer.

Russian sports minister Pavel Kolovkov later claimed that the data had not been tampered with and had previously been "nothing removed". The information cache has been turned over.

    The WADA's on Friday

The WADA's announcement ended World Athletics (formerly IAAF), a track and field management organization, abruptly ending Russia's reinstatement process. The World Athletics Decision was made after the President of the Russian Athletic Federation (RUSAF), Dmitry Shlyakhtin, and other senior officials were suspended for “serious violations” of anti-doping rules.

Such charges include providing the athlete with a forged document describing the misleading description and the missing doping test.
